This week’s guided breather explores those turnarounds - the pause at the top of the inhale, when the lungs are full and the pause at the end of the exhale when everything is still.
They’re small natural moments, but they matter. Because in those pauses your body gets a chance to reset. Your nervous system settles and you get a glimpse of quiet, even if the world around you isn’t!
There’s no breath count to master.
No perfect rhythm to follow.
